As the growing concern regarding COVID-19 (coronavirus) evolves, we want to assure you that we are continuing to take steps to ensure the health and safety of our employees, customers and partners.
In an effort to follow the recommendation of the health agencies and limit the spread of COVID-19, we are taking the following measures until further notice.
1. We will be limiting all foot traffic in our building. Please make an appointment if you need to come down to the shop. If you need something addressed urgently, please call the office at 204-661-2111 and we will try to accommodate you as best as we can.
2. All pickups and drop offs will be done with a minimum of physical interaction to abide in social distancing. We are requesting that you call ahead and make an appointment for your pick up or drop off. We will then be able to load or unload your vehicle outside, and keep you informed as to what is happening.
3. All supplier deliveries will be made in a touch free zone or unloaded by our staff within our yard to limit contact and maintain safe distances.
4. We are currently working on some upgrades to our in-house operations, so we can do more of our work within our building, again focusing on social distancing and maintaining the health of everyone.
At the current time our day-to-day mechanical services are still operational, our parts suppliers have assured us that they are ready to support us during this uncertain time. Our fabrication and project services are very strong at this time, we are focused on your project completion now more than ever. We do ask however that if you are needing an update on your project that you call ahead and make an appointment. There are several ways we can give you an update, we can do a verbal update, a video update via FaceTime or Skype, or emailed pictures. This is all in an effort to reduce foot traffic within the shop, but if you feel like you require physical presence to see your project, again please give us a call and we will take the proper precautions and arrange a time for you to come see your project.
As a method to maintain appropriate social distancing rules, we are now accepting e-transfer and credit card payments over the phone, so you may never need to step foot within our building. We are not suspending any of our services, but we are attempting to take precautions to keep everyone safe and healthy. At this uncertain time, we hope you and your family are safe and healthy.
